IRI/Nielsen point-of-sales and consumer panel syndicated data, internal sales/shipments reporting systems, external reporting systems, customer data, and other research Compile, organize and summarize data to effectively communicate findings into meaningful fact-based presentations for internal and external stakeholders Provide analytics and insights concerning market and retailer performance, category and product performance, SKU assortment, pricing, promotions, consumer behavior, and competitive performance to educate internal and external stakeholders to support company objectives Identify insights and trends that reveal sales opportunities for Retail Sales, Marketing and Product Management Retail Sales, Marketing and Product Management Support Work collaboratively with Retail Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Vendors to support business objectives Develop and maintain tracking to monitor performance for all new & strategic products identified by Marketing, Retail Sales, and Product Management Work collaboratively with Marketing to discover analytical needs to report on the performance of our brands Provide insights to Marketing and Product Management to support new product discovery Lead Marketing and Product Management in creating and analyzing custom research Monthly and Ad Hoc Reporting Update monthly reporting utilizing our syndicated data and communicate reporting Ensure the accuracy of these reports, making changes and revisions as necessary to accommodate business needs Deliver Ad Hoc Reporting as necessary for Retail Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Product Management Syndicated Data Accuracy Management Manage the accuracy of Red Gold's new items and their labels in our point-of-sale systems ensuring that all items are sent to our respective clients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4-year degree in a related field, MBA desirable 5 years of experience working with analysis of syndicated data (i.
e.
, IRI, Nielsen, Internal sales reporting systems) Prior experience in a consumer package goods or syndicated data services environment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively, integrate insights from multiple data sources and weave into an integrated insights story that leads to business actions Strong analytical skills and experience in the CPG and/or Food Products industries (e.
g.
product management, assortment planning/optimization, category business planning, syndicated POS data extraction and synthesis, new products, etc.
) Strong problem solving skills Strong Computer Skills -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI Proven ability to provide analytical data of IRI/Nielsen sales data and reporting tools, Syndicated Consumer Panel Data and Retailer POS data SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct:
